Petition to Pass House Resolution 40

Banner_250x300After seeing other tragic events take place in Washington DC, Armed Citizen United believes House Resolution 40 is necessary to preserve our 2nd Amendment and Self Defense Rights as well as effectively protect those who live and work in our nations capital.

Rep. John Gingrey [R, GA-11] proposed House Resolution 40 which states:

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that active duty military personnel who are stationed or residing in the District of Columbia should be permitted to exercise fully their rights under the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

Currently, this bill is sitting in the House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform.  Please sign this petition to Rep. Darrell Issa [Chairman of the Committee, R, CA-49] to get this bill out of committee and into a vote!
